Our aerial drone photography adds a new dimension by providing stunning elevated angles, showcasing not only your home but also the captivating surroundings. Please note that drone availability is subject to FAA airspace clearance, particularly in Bravo and Charlie airspace. Clearance for these airspaces may take a few days, so we recommend submitting your request with ample time to ensure a smooth process. What's Included: Photography coverage for every room, area, and exterior of the property. Aerial drone photography featuring elevated angles and showcasing the surrounding areas. Customized approach: Two photos from opposing angles for normal-sized rooms and spaces. Post-production enhancement for all photos. *Drone Availability Disclaimer: Drone services are subject to FAA airspace clearance, which may take a few days, especially in Bravo and Charlie airspace. Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy We appreciate your interest in our real estate photography and drone services. To ensure a smooth and reliable experience, please take note of the following booking policy: Cancellation Policy: Clients are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their scheduled service at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule their service up to 24 hours before the original appointment, subject to availability. Weather Conditions: In the case of inclement weather or unsafe flying conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule the drone photography portion of the service. Clients will be notified as soon as possible, and efforts will be made to accommodate the rescheduled appointment. Access to Property: Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time. If access issues arise, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to discuss options. Privacy and Safety: Our team prioritizes safety and privacy. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services in any situation where safety concerns or privacy issues arise. Payment: Payment for services is required in advance to secure your booking. We require 50% down payment and accept most forms of payments. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 4 business days of the cancellation request due to payment provider. Please note that the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution. Security and Verification We take security seriously. To protect against any potential misuse of our services, our team may request additional information or verification from clients.
