Booking Policy We appreciate your interest in our real estate photography and drone services. To ensure a smooth and reliable experience, please take note of the following booking policy: Cancellation Policy: Clients are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their scheduled service at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule their service up to 24 hours before the original appointment, subject to availability. Weather Conditions: In the case of inclement weather or unsafe flying conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule the drone photography portion of the service. Clients will be notified as soon as possible, and efforts will be made to accommodate the rescheduled appointment. Access to Property: Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time. If access issues arise, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to discuss options. Privacy and Safety: Our team prioritizes safety and privacy. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services in any situation where safety concerns or privacy issues arise. Payment: Payment for services is required in advance to secure your booking. We accept most payment forms. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 4 business days of the cancellation request. Please note that the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution. Protecting Your Business: We take security seriously. To protect against any potential misuse of our services, our team may request additional information or verification from clients.
